I’m glad you’re here! I’m Kate, and I want to share the beauty of flowers with you!

Wild Leaf Flowers started as a dream of growing and selling flowers in my community in Oakland, CA.

I know firsthand the joy flowers can bring, but I also know the floral industry—which celebrates the beauty of nature—can sometimes cause environmental harm. I believe there are ways to enjoy flowers while still protecting the ecosystem, which is what I’m exploring with this business and my own growing practices.

I believe sustainability is an evolving journey rather than a destination. There is always more we can do, but my current commitment is this:

• Grow organically

• No floral foam

• Compost, reuse, recycle

My hope is these arrangements help you pause and find a moment of peace in a busy world. In an age of artificial everything, having something beautiful we can see, touch, and smell gives us a profound connection to nature.
